[3.12] PoE Heist Berserker Earthquake Mauarder Facetank Build (PC,PS4,Xbox,Mobile)

This is a pure physical PoE 3.12 Mauarder Berserker earthquake build using a staff, glancing blows, 3 warcries and berserker ascendancy node War Bringer. It's alright at clearing, and pretty good at everything else. If you enjoy the playstyle, this is a very strong build.

Steel best base. Flat phys to attacks/attack speed are a bonus.
