The Chieftain is focused on fire damage with attacks and totems. He can significantly enhance the utility of his Totems, making them more resilient, taunting enemies they hit, and weakening nearby enemies, or boost his fire damage with physical-to-fire damage conversion. The Chieftain also boasts endurance charge generation and a significant amount of liver regeneration and life leech through the fire damage he and his totems deal, making him surprisingly tough to kill in the heat of combat. In here you can find three PoE 3.2 Marauder Builds for Chieftain.

NO.1 [PoeE 3.2 Build] Chieftain Dual Curse Crit Staff Tectonic Slam League Starter

This builds the advantage of the extremely powerful staff crit nodes that, up to this point, have mostly gone unused. However, with Chieftain/Juggernaut being buffed staff skills such as Tec Slam and Sunder significantly can shine as crit staff builds. This is the first build I've made that I think is good enough to share. This will not be an excellent looking guide, but the information is the result of a lot of thought, testing, common sense, and collaboration with a couple of friends.
Note this build is currently subject to a lot of change. I don't have infinite knowledge of every unique in the game, and tectonic slam is not even on the path of building yet(using sunder as a proxy). It's entirely possible there's something obvious I'm missing. Feel free to point it out if so.

You get a lot of regen from chieftain+6 end charges+kaoms. I think it's a bit sketchy as a starter for HC more than SC, but I think it's HC viable. You do get a lot of baseline defense just from the tree/block from staves. This is probably one of the few instances where Abyssus is OK in HC because of all the Phys mitigation from end charges/chieftain red blade thingy/taste of hate

NO.2 [PoeE 3.2 Build] Tanky Pure Fire Blade Vortex Chieftain/Budget friendly/ 7.2-8k HP/600k+ Shaper DPS

After I was looking 3.2 ascendancy changes for some reason, I immediately liked the Chieftain. His ascendancy talent named "Ngamahu, Flame's Advance" (70% other fire dmg every 10s looks very impressive) bothered me every day. So I wanted to use it in some build but not with Molten Strike or Tectonic slam because I was tired from auto attackers. So I decided to create this one. Also, I liked BV but never tried it, so it is the reason to.

From my experience, I haven't found any other way to leech mana from spell damage except Warlord's Mark. It's pretty sad, reserving 35% of your mana just to leech (I played it twice on BV where Blasphemy was a clear solution. Now that we have MLG rings maybe it's a better option), but at least you get the endurance charges too. And if you're life-based (which I usually wasn't because hipster genes or Idk), you also get some sick leech

NO.3 [PoeE 3.2 Build] Tectonic Slam Tidebreaker Chieftain WIP

Simple core idea: Use Tidebreaker to generate Endurance Charges, which are consumed by Tectonic Slam

Synergies:
- Damage conversion: Tectonic Slam converts 60% to fire, Chieftain Ascendancy converts the rest, which maximizes the efficiency of fire damage increases, penetration, and leech
- Self-ignite Eye of Innocence and Mokou's Embrace for significant DPS boost. As a small bonus, Chieftain now doesn't take damage from the self-ignites anymore
- Maybe profit from the high strength somehow

Skill links for Tectonic Slam:
- Melee Physical Damage Support
- Elemental Damage with Attacks Support
- Ruthless Support
- Fire Penetration Support
- Concentrated Effect / Increased Area of Effect
- Endurance Charge on Melee Stun (from Tidebreaker)

Ordinarily, they may be not worth the difficulty for motives which might be sufficient in the lengthy run. Though they're valuable for players who might know nothing at all concerning the game. For probably the most element, they're studying tools for newbies to ease them into the game. For additional Poe 3.2 Builds, you may take a look at Poecurrencybuy.com.
