PoE 3.13 Ritual New Base Item Implicit Modifiers
Ritual is poe's first expansion in 2021, introducing new endgame content - Echoes of the Atlas. In addition, poe 3.13 also adds new base item to the game, including helmet, gloves and boots. The new base is very powerful, all new base item implicit modifiers are listed below.

Your Hits treat Cold Resistance as 10% higher than actual value

Adds (30–40) to (55–70) Cold Damage
Your Hits treat Cold Resistance as 10% higher than actual value

Adds (6–8) to (9–12) Cold Damage
Your Hits treat Cold Resistance as 10% higher than actual value
Archdemon Crown / Demon Crown / Imp Crown
-10% to all Elemental Resistances
Socketed Skills apply Fire, Cold and Lightning Exposure on Hit
Atonement Mask / Penitent Mask / Sorrow Mask
(20–25)% increased Effect of Fortify on you
