[Scourge] PoE 3.16 Shadow Eye of Winter Mine Saboteur Starter Builds

This PoE 3.16 Saboteur Eye of Winter Mine is a cheap version of life base, and there is no expensive items, very suitable for beginners.

 

Gameplay

As far as the way you play this build goes,you want to put detonate mines on your left click so you detonate mines all the time while moving.

For mapping you can use Frostbite and for bosses Sniper's mark.

We use the unique ring Malachai's Artifice and we socket it with Armagedon Brand to trigger elemental equilibrium and ignite enemies. Keep in mind that we lower enemies resistances by 105 and that is all flat minus resists, even for bosses. Frostbite not included.

Ascendancy: Born in the shadows (until you get Pandemonius amulet, the you can remove it) - Pyromaniac - Demolition specialist - Explosive expert

Bandit: Kill all bandits or keep Alira alive, it is up to you

4L:Eye of Winter + Blastchain mine + Trap and Mine damage + Pierce

5L:Eye of Winter + Blastchain mine + Trap and Mine damage + Pierce + Charged mines

6L:Eye of Winter + Blastchain mine + Trap and Mine damage + Pierce + Charged mines + Increased Critical Strikes + Inspiration

Once you get Awakened added cold damage, for bossing you can take out Pierce and swap it.Keep in mind that if you have a tremor rod, you do not need blastchain mine. For mapping I tested and it is better to use Faster projectiles as long as you have pierce crafted on your helmet and gloves.

 

Gear

There are a few options regarding the gear, it depends which part of your build you want to strengthen. I personally went for bossing focus.

Gloves: Any rare to cover resistances with life and increased damage to chilled enemies.

Belt: rare with life and resistances

Boots: Unique Atziri's step

Chest: Any rare with life and resists. End game chest we would go for +1 to curse and +% to spell crit

Weapon: Tremor Rod or Wand with +2 to spell skill gems (cold and all spell) and a shield with +1 to cold gems.

Helmet: Rare with resists or Crown of the inward eye if you can cover resists.

Rings: Malachai Artifice and a rare ring with resists and life

Amulet: a Rare amulet with life and resists until you get a Pandemonius.
