... ok, maybe not the sun. The build will definitely be just as awesome will some extra just buffy spice of life. I will just paste over what I pulled from my notepad from the patch for those that like details.

 

I will be league starting this 3.3 if you have any questions and want them answered asap, feel free to pop in and ask. As a wise man once said, "Stay awhile and listen" -D.C.

 

This can be a pure fun help guide to maximizing the potential for Crit Physical Cyclone using the only ascendancy class that means something for Scion, ASCENDANT *bad joke*. This build is perfect for individuals that are looking too obvious maps so quick they don't have time for you to question such things as: "WTF shall we be held doing w/ my existence?" "How come there interstate highways in Hawaii?" "So why do Kamikaze pilots put on helmets?"

 

I have been a long time fan of PoE and through the years make many builds for buddies. Wanted to share something using the community about my undertake cyclone and that I honestly we do hope you either learn something about building or understand the attempt for humour. I really like everyone which game. Please leave a remark in regards to what you believe or the best way to enhance the build.  

 

PROS:

- HIGH DAMAGE (easily over 1 Million even on a budget)

- Fast Movement speed/ Fast Mapper (Zoom Zoom! Can reliably hit roughly 180-200% movement speed with flask)

- Can do all content (Videos posted below)

- FUN WITH HEADHUNTER (TOTALLY OPTIONAL. Not needed for the build but a Pro in my book XD )

- Can do all map mods (Can do Ele and Phy reflect. Put Blood magic on your cyclone or use mana flask on No Regen. Can do No Leech maps.)

- Budget Friendly (Can also scale really high the more investment you put in)

- Can use as a League Starter

- Can Do Uber Lab EASILY

- Can become a Magic Find Map Spammer God that is FAST and Can kill Bosses Quickly, Easily.

 

CONS:

- Not a 8-13k Righteous Fire Life Build

- Melee is NOT a con. 

- Can not Facetank the world. (Again not a Righteous Fire Life Build) 

- Requires you to learn end game boss mechanics (Personally Do not see this as a con because I like actually playing the game.)

- Not managing Cyclone at all can lead to mana issues.

- Does need a fair amount of investment and patience when doing Uber Elder (If you even plan on fighting him)

2. [PoE 3.3] Guffin's McFlurry Flurry | All Bosses Down | Fast and Safe Mapping | Skillchoices


The brand new Vaal Skill changes allow it to be to ensure that anybody who plays this Build with Reave (which apparently is many people) will get a totally free Gemslot, since Vaal Reave now will get socketed within our pseudo 5/6l rather of Reave.

This allows us to use Vaal Impurity of Ice/Vaal Haste/Vaal Elegance for any huge DPS/Speed/Survivability Boost while Mapping as well as on Bosses.

Frostbomb had a Buff too, it lowers the Cold Res from the Enemy by 5% many of the reduction lasts longer too.

 

PROS:

- One of the fastest "Melee" Map Clears

- One of the highest "Melee" Single Target DPS in the game with endless scaling

- Prime Bossing Build

- All of the above while being super safe (HC viable with adjustments)

- A Variety of Clearskills possible without recolouring

- Cheap to get started, not Uber Lab dependant -> Good League Starter

- Runs all Map mods except "Cannot Leech" (and "Ele Reflect" on T16s or with -max)

 

CONS:

- Not as budget friendly as Summoners/Totems/Mines to get into the Bossing Endgame

- "Melee" Skills will never clear as fast as QOTF TS/KB Builds or Autobombers

- No Phys Mitigation-/CI-/Maxblock-/etc. Tank. You need to dodge sometimes during Bosses

- Only Semi SSF friendly, as one Unique + one specific Rare is always required 

 

Offensives:

- No upper limits since this is ele Conversion (Blade Flurry)

- Personally I reached over 5 Million Shaper DPS with BF, and 1M with Reave on a pseudo 6l

 

Defensives

- Evasion and Dodge based (66% Attack- and 40% Spell Dodge while mapping)

- 165% Life in SC excluding Belly, 205% in HC at the sacrifice of DPS (which we have enough of)

- Fortify, Kaom's Heart, Endurance Charge

 

Bandits:

We help Alira. 20% Crit Multiplier is a fairly DPS Boost because we really are a crit based build, and 15% to any or all elemental Resistances makes gearing a great deal simpler. The Mana Regen is noticeable while levelling.

 

Pantheon:

Is more impactful for us than most other builds.

Make sure to upgrade the relevant ones quickly.

3. [PoE 3.3] The Blinding Blizzard - Whispering Ice CI Elequisitor - Viable For Everything


This is actually the current form of my Whispering Ice build. The prior Berserker version continues to be nerfed through the rework of this class. The Ascendant version works in an exceedingly similar way.

 

This build can perform all things in Road to Exile. No boss is simply too challenging for it, the majority are too easy. Watch the videos below to determine the way it performs against all of the hard stuff.

 

Build Theory

This build is based on The Whispering Ice. Ice storm damage scales from Int, therefore Int is the main stat.

 

Key mechanics: Avatar of Fire, Vaal Pact, Chaos Inoculation, Ghost Reaver, Elemental Overload, The Brine King, Tukohama, Herald of Ash, Arctic Armour.

 

Bandits

Kill them all

None of the bandit rewards is worth 2 skill points for this build.

 

Ascendancy

Ascendant Elementalist + Inquisitor

 

Ascendant Elementalist enables you to safe from elemental reflect, grants 10% elemental resistance transmission, provides you with 1 additional golem and boosts the aftereffect of Herald of Ash by 40%.

 

Ascendant Inquisitor makes all opponents on screen take 10% elevated elemental damage, grants 6% elemental resistance transmission and enables you to safety from all elemental ailments when fighting bosses (by creating Consecrated Ground).

 

PoE Templar gives 2 skill points and synergizes using the Pure Talent jewel.

 

Pantheon

Major: The Brine King

Never worry about stun, freeze and chill. Add all 3 upgrades.

 

Minor: Tukohama

8% reduced physical damage taken while stationary. Use for facetanking the big hitters.

 

These powers are used for everything except 2 special targets (Hall of the Grandmasters and the Uber Elder; see the Boss Guide).

Soul of Arakaali (Major God) - 50% elevated Recovery of Existence and Shield if you have stopped taking Damage With Time Lately. Ideal for Bloodstream Rage   Cast When Damage Taken   Immortal Call setup.

 

Soul of Ryslatha (Minor God) - Life flask gain 3 charges every 3 seconds

 

Lab Enchantments

 

Helm

15% of Infernal Blow Physical Damage gained as Extra Fire Damage

40% increased Infernal Blow Damage

 

Gloves

Curse Enemies with level (10 to 12) Elemental Weakness on Hit (Vaal Corruption)

5. [PoE 3.3] Asymat's "Purenado Shot" | HC (party friendly) | Very progressive budget


This build involves Lionneye's Glare & Tornado Shot. It is made to play Tornado Shot as soon as possible and can gradually but continuously growing in power with each and every little bit of PoE Currency invested. Getting just one setup enables Kaom's Heart which result in a decent hp pool to have an archer. It'll kill (not face-tank) effortlessly of finish-game bosses rich in investment.

 

Main Selling Points

* One skill to rule them all

* Great use of both "Pure Talent" and "Might of the Meek" unique jewels

* Nice clearspeed

* The sound of shatter

* Perma blind

* Strong Knockback

* Start cheap

 

Final stats

* 7-7.3k HP

* 300-600k shapper dps

* 180ms

* ~ 4.5k evasion

* 46/46 dodge/spells

* = ~ 80% chance to not get hit

 

Bandits

All Kraityn bonuses (6% attack speed, 3% dodge attacks, 6% movespeed) really synergise using the build but when we do a comparison to QuickStep (9% attack speed, 6% movespeed) that people don't even spec until very late, it feels a little underwhelming so Eramir it's (until 96 ).

 

Pantheon

Soul of the Brine King Anti perma-stun, Anti perma-freeze, Anti chill

Soul of Garukhan More evade and movespeed

 

Flasks

With all the duration/gained/reduced flasks nodes in the tree we sustain all flasks except for very tanky bosses (where you should log out or SC). Note that the quicksilver is roughly half the duration of others flasks so when mapping, you can press 2345 / 2 / 2345 / 2 etc...

 

Min-maxing the char

At some point, you'll want to min-max the char. Using Path of Building you want to keep in mind:

* 50% Increased damage from Drillneck is not accounted

* 50% Increased damage from pseudo Far-Shot Ascendant-Deadeye is not accounted (even when a distance is set)

* Far Shot from Lionneye's Glare is not accounted (but does not impact min-maxing)

* For the same DPS output: having more attack speed makes the build smoother, having more crit chance makes damage output more reliable (smoother for clearing trash), having more crit must make damage output less reliable.

6. [PoE 3.3] Oni-Goroshi Wild Strike/Molten Strike: (Slayer/Jugg Ascendant, 7K+ HP, High DPS)


I started off this league with the same build I used in 3.2, with great success!

 

Absolutely nothing has changed for this build with 3.3. 

The only downside is that neither Wild Strike or Molten Strike have a Vaal version, so no new/cool fun skill to throw in the mix.

 

However, it's MUCH more powerful with the additional Vaal Impurity of fireside!

 

It is a huge "DPS" cooldown that you could pop on the boss, negating it's fire resistance, providing you with a 3-second window of enormous damage. You essentially become an Inquisitor for several seconds!

 

During the time of penning this update, it has been three days since 3.3 launches. I've already geared out enough and still have not a problem demolishing red maps (as much as T15) and level Incursions/Temples (Zone level 82 Temples). I've received a couple of Protector maps and will also be attempting them tonight, and hopefully have Shaper on a farm within next couple of days.

 

This build is powerful and I'm getting a great time playing it in Incursion, as Wild Strike feels awesome within the very dense incursions and temples.

 

(The only real major downside I have observed to date is the fact that, especially while using the Oskarm mitts, my Chaos resistances are very pathetic Many of the temple mobs do Chaos damage.... which really, really hurts. I would recommend trying to get some Chaos resist on gear, or make use of the Tombfist glove version rather.)

 

PROS:

- FLAMING BALLS / LIGHTNING BOLTS / EXPLOSIONS EVERYWHERE!

- Huge Boss DPS

- Amazing AoE Clearspeed 

- High HP due to ability to use Kaom's Heart

- High physical mitigation (90% with flasks) if Slayer/Jugg

- 80%+ uptime of Immortal Call (lasts 4-5 seconds)

- Amazing leech (over 4000/second) allows safe facetanking of everything

- 40% Accuracy on OniGoroshi makes hit% easier to cap

- No gem/gear swaps, besides weapon swap (Unlike many builds which are usually focused on bossing or trash farming, but not both)

- OniGoroshi damage scales very well with levels, and no 6-L required

- Low budget, high effectiveness, and can scale very well with exalt investments.

 

CONS:

- Need to hit things to leech. CANNOT run "No Leech" maps.

- 60% Less Recovery is still doable but dangerous on high-red maps. I usually reroll this mod on T14-T16. 

- Temp Chains is still annoying unless you use Kaom’s Roots – but resist capping may be difficult, and the Stun Immunity is wasted. 

- Chaos damage hits like a truck, especially with -10% from Oskarm

- Not as high DPS as BladeFlurry / Statistics builds (But then again, nothing is?)

 

Ascendancy 

I initially attempted Slayer/Raider. Although it does sim a great deal greater in overall DPS on PoB, I felt the benefits it offered really was not too potent. Because we run Bloodstream Rage, we effectively possess a full uptime of three craze charges on trash anyway… so that all Raider provided was uptime of Craze charges on bosses (and 5 charges total, since we’d grab 2 more about the tree.) Additionally, it provides Onslaught, however, you can grab that from the flask - as well as on trash, I'd full onslaught uptime anyway by having an Abyss jewel (chance on kill to achieve Onslaught.)
