NO.1 [PoE 3.2 Assassin Build] Rowen's The Tempest Build - Budget Bow

Assasin has better crit, free culling, reflect immunity on crit (all the time), if I turn this character into deadeye I must use crit chance support that's about +100K dmg loss at least. Split arrow with chain is enough to farm trash mobs if you like deadeye sure you can try tho.

This build uses tempest bow with flat light dmg, no elemental conversion shenanigans or crazy endgame uniques

* This build don't use any baby related item or shaped/elder base

What Changed?
* No longer req any breach item
* Now has Dodge
* 860K DPS, 1.126M DPS with flasks (Point blank get 450K ish more dmg if you prefer)
* Now using X3 Static Electricity Jewel (1 alc to 1c)

Chaos Imresence cost 3-4 PoE Exalted Orb, and you will lose some DPS vs. rare good amulet. With free despair, u can use one more aura to buff urself (Arctic Armour, Haste or Purity of Elements). For using both of grace and haste you need to Enlighten level 4, but I thank 12% unreserved mana too low for ST. So last way to get DPS higher with IM presence is Purity of Elements. You can get rings with better attack stats, and with PoE, u will compensate lack of resists. But do we need all of this for this price? Also, don't forget we need to keep Int over 150.
Tombfist is the right but not the cheap option (2ex). If you are ok with Int, and two sockets on gloves enough for you, it can give you 90-120k DPS and 90-140 life.
The idea of this build based on Mathil's Wasp Nest Assasin 3.0. But I added significant skill tree changes, and some gear changes to improve the survivability (from ~5.2k HP to ~5.9k HP) and make the gameplay of this build some more comfortable. DPS also was enhanced from ~1,1M to ~1,5M with level 19 gems (thank you, Coralito's Signature).

with using two wasp nests, two-stone ring like in this build in both slots, 6L corrupted armor with true colors it is not so expensive and more than enough to clear atlas till T15 + Assasin gets nice buff in 3.2 patches so with budget gear DPS should be not bad.

At this moment I still didn't end all atlas with this build. But I stopped all tiers of maps randomly from T1 to T16.
All guards were deathless except Phoenix, but it is not character problems. My lowest ping is 85, but most of the time it jumps from 100 to 120. So sometimes when I use my movement skill very often, the game returns me and I already dead (maybe ill add video and u will see this).
This problem with my lack of experience vs. shaper didn't allow me to kill him. I tried shaper just one time with this character, if ill got some practice, I think ill finally kill this old shit

This Build laughed at those Eleron rings. Out of curiosity, I checked Poe trade, and similar circles just don't exist, not even on standard, not even close.
To make a more realistic PoB just edit in a couple of rings with 40 life, which is what you can craft. Then you'd also have to lower the life values on the gloves to about 60 since they're Insanity essence, and crafted life is about all you can realistically plan for.
You'd also have to adjust the helm down to about 30-50 life, since that is the most you can get on Abyss Jewels, and you really should be using Lightpoacher.
All in all, you lose about 1000 HP from the PoB. More if you're not level 100. At level 90, you'd have 5.6K HP.
The problem is, pathing down to Vaal Pact cuts your DPS by a ton. The PoB compensates for this by having 21/20 gems across the board, a +1 Voll's Protector, and an essence crafted belt with 5% pen. None of those are too realistic aside from the gems. The PoB also has insane jewels which don't even exist on Abyss. If you dropped a roll of crit multi on each Jewel, you'd be losing a total of 75% multi...while paying 2-4ex per jewel. And if you fell life from the jewels instead, you'd end up with 4.7K HP. Yeah.
Bottom line, this version of the build is just flat out unviable in the league. Squishy as shit and crap damage. The only viable version is the one the OP is running in the standard.
If you want to run Discharge in the league you have to forget about Vaal pact, spec into much more damage, get a headhunter, a light poacher, and a 21 discharge. That's what I've done to make the skill viable, and honestly, it's still kind of trash lol.

Poe 3.2 Notes:
Unchanged, the ascendancies we take are in the same relative place. Better overall DPS and single target/boss fighting potential have improved.
